IMPORTANT POINTS TO BE NOTED

• The above Quote is valid only for 05 Adults.
• Any change in the number of passengers will lead to a revision of the quote.
• All Transfers and Tours will be done in seat in coach basis.
• Hotels may charge a refundable deposit amount at the time of check in which the guests need to pay from their end. In case guests test positive during their stay in UAE, hotel will utilize the deposit amount as room disinfection charge, which will then become non-refundable and guests have to pay for it.
• The guests need to pay from their end for room disinfection charge, if tested positive during thestay.
• If the Hotel or any of the suppliers change their Quote for the services that they offer, the samewill be forwarded to your Company.
• Depending on each hotels policy, at the time of check in at the hotel, there could be mandatory -refundable - deposits by the hotel reception to cover incidental expenses or to cover any damages thatmight have caused to the room while the guests are in-house. These deposits will differ from hotel tohotel and guests should be aware that such deposits are there and should deposit the same directly atthe reception at the time of check in (this can be a cash deposit or a credit card block), and the hotelwill refund the same at the time of check out.
• The City Tours are not recommended on a Friday Morning as major highlights are closed.
• Standard Check-In & Check-Out timings has been mentioned above. Early Check-Ins and LateCheck-Outs is subject to availability.

ITINERARY NOTES:

1. Increase in Air Fare Price, change in Government regulations, taxes, etc., charged by the airline will be borne by the passengers.Yathirai.com will not be responsible for the same
2. Any increase in the rate of exchange leading to increase in surface transportation and land arrangements which may come into effectprior to departure
3. The package does not include any expenses of personal nature such as laundry, wines, mineral water, food and drinks and other things notmentioned in our itinerary
4. Tour package rates are not applicable during trade fair period or any other events in accommodating cities
5. Check in time is 1400 hrs and Check out time is 12noon. Early check-in/ late checkout is subject to availability
6. Any meals not included in the package
7. Entrance fees to monuments, monasteries, etc.
8. Any optional services specified in the detailed program
9. Beverages like soft drinks, mineral water etc.
10. The order of the tours may change at the time of final booking depending on travel dates and availability.

HOLIDAY TERMS:

1. The above rates are a quotation and no reservation has been processed at the time of this request
2. Hotel rooms and rates are subject to availability at the time of booking
3. Quotation would be revised in case of any change in the package requirement
4. The rates do not include any surcharges (if applicable)
5. Any special request such as adjacent rooms, interconnecting rooms, room on the same floor, 1 king size / 1 double bed, early check in, latecheck-out, non/smoking room, etc. is subject to availability upon check-in of the guest and is at the hotel's discretion. We will request this foryou as priority
6. 50% of the payment required at the time of confirmation
7. Full payment to be settled to Yathirai.com once all services are confirmed and the same should be made 15 days prior to the date ofdeparture
8. Tour Operator will not be liable for any claims or expenses, e.g., accidents, injuries, delayed or cancelled flights & acts or forces ofnature
9. After completion of Tour, no refund for any included services which were not used or partially used
10. All transfers and sightseeing as per the itinerary and charges are inclusive of toll tax, parking and driver  batta.
11. Usage of Vehicle is between 08:00 – 20:00 Hours, within city limits.
12. If payment is made by any card (Debit/Credit) there will be a bank charges are applicable
